Never used it, but there is no system for roulette, so I’m going to guess it’s not good.

I googled “roulette sniper” and found their site. What a joke. The people in the testimonials have no understanding of probability theory and/or are liars. There is no system for beating roulette. In a double zero roulette game, the house, in the long run, makes $5.26 for every $100 you put on the table no matter what “system” you use. If you want to reduce the house edge, head over to the craps table or play some blackjack.
The reason you are having a bad time with it is that Roulette Sniper is just a scam to sell a “Roulette System” that simply does not work.
The best you can hope for is some short term gains, but in the long run there is no system that can beat roulette. And if there were, then the casinos would simply change the rules to prevent it from working, as they have in the past.
Try a game that uses some learned skill, such as blackjack or poker, where your knowledge can be used to reduce the house edge, if you want to gamble.
