No. And the simple reason is that they do not need to. The payout structure of the game is sufficient to net the casino plenty of money yet keep players playing.

Question by nickgalant: Anyone know where I can find a Las Vegas map of all the casinos and what type of roulette tables they have?
For instance European or American roulette wheels, table minimums and maximums and anything else you may know regarding playing roulette in various casinos. Thanks.

Below is a good map that shows the casinos. If you go to the bottom you can click to see the Downtown casinos, too.
I could be wrong, but I’m quite sure ALL the roulette wheels in Las Vegas are American roulette wheels.
Here is the one thing I know regarding playing roulette in ANY casino – You can NOT beat the wheel in the long run. You asked about minimums and maximums. Probably because you want to try something like the Martingale System. If you’ve never heard of the Martingale System, do yourself a favor and look it up on-line and read about it. If you’ve come up with some sort of “system” on your own, my guess is you probably “thought of” the Martingale System all on your own. READ about it to see why it does NOT work!
Go to Las Vegas and have FUN playing roulette. Try to “beat” the game at your own peril.

Question by Matt: Is the Martingale betting system banned in vegas casinos? Specific to roulette tables.?

Many gamblers use the Martingale. However you must stop at the table limits, so there are not many bets you can make in a row using it. Casino operators love people playing this way because once the maximum bet amount is reached, the recovery advantage is lost.

Question by Gunnar: What casinos in Las Vegas offer European Roulette?
Hello I just wanted to know which casinos in Las Vegas definitely have European Roulette?
Best answer:
Answer by Shocked, shocked!
The Wizard of Odds says (and he should know, because he’s at UNLV):
Best in Nevada: The Bellegio, Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, Mirage, Rio, and Wynn all have European roulette, with a house edge of 1.35%. Be warned that these liberal rules are limited to high-limit tables.
Craps is better odds if you play the odds bets on pass/don’t pass, but it would require a bigger bankroll to avoid rapid gamblers ruin.

Question by JJ Johnson: Why do casinos always come out on top?
In logical (as in a logic class using probailities and such) explanation why is it that no matter what a casino will always come out on top in the long run?

Answer by Black Kat
It’s because the casino games are games of *chance* meaning they’re based on probablility.
Take dice for example. You can bet on any number 1-6 to come up in a single roll. But there are 6 sides to each die [singular of dice], so if you bet on number *5*, you have a 1 out of 6 change of being right and winning. But there’s a 5 in 6 chance that you’ll be wrong and the casino will win your money.
Even if there are 6 people betting and each bets on a different number [meaning 1 of the people will be right and win], if the payout is to double the money bet, the casino still comes out on top. To see how this happens, say each person bets a dollar [6 dollars total bet]. The person who wins gets double their money or , meaning the casino made on that roll of the die.
And having 1 in 6 odds would be extremely high. Most games [cards, roulette, craps] the odds of any individual winning are even lower.

Flash Casino are the another term of online casinos. The flash casinos are much easy and entertaining than the land based casinos. Here what you need is the good software which supports the quality web browser. These flash casinos provide the pay structure where one can find out the amount he wishes to play, for any doubts he could resolve using the pay structure.
